Bien Cuit is my go-to spot when I'm treating myself to something indulgent on a cheat day. Their pastries? Absolute perfection. The croissants are buttery, flaky, and practically melt in your mouth. And don't even get me started on their kouign-amann--it's a decadent masterpiece that I dream about when I'm trying to eat healthy. But I have to say, I'm really disappointed that they haven't reopened their dining area since COVID. Part of the charm was sitting down with a coffee and enjoying the vibe while devouring my treats fresh from the counter. Now, it feels a bit rushed, and it's just not the same eating these works of art out of a paper bag on the go. That said, the quality is still top-notch, and I can't stay mad at them when the pastrie is this good.

We hosted friends for brunch and someone brought a lemon-poppy early grey tea loaf from Bien Cuit. It was the perfect sweet treat to go with our coffee and savories. I hope to try other tasty options from Bien Cuit soon!

Had the everything seasoned croissant based on the recommendation of the very friendly staff, my god it was beyond words the perfect croissant and I'm not a big croissant person. Light airy and just the perfect crispness outside. It is obvious this is a legit artisan baker at work here, there is a ton of attention to detail and craftsmanship. To the negative reviews of the prices you get what you pay for , bagel delight charges 8 bucks for BEC , this place is giving you authentic and deliciously fresh items that you can't get at a bagel store or trader joes
